All SIGRAVY brand orders are shipped via FEDEX.

Official Website: Please visit the FEDEX website, and enter your FEDEX tracking number to view the latest delivery status of your order.
SIGRAVY Customer Service: If you are unable to check logistics information via the FEDEX website, you can also contact our customer service team for assistance.

2. Information Required for Logistics Inquiry

FEDEX Tracking Number: Once your order is shipped, FEDEX will send you a tracking number via email, which you can use to check the logistics status.

3. Inquiry Timing
FEDEX usually updates tracking information within 24 hours after the order is shipped. Therefore, if you have just received the shipping notification, the tracking information might not be fully updated yet.
